Fasli Terms of Use

These terms apply to Fasli – Uni Planner ("Fasli" or "the app"), published by Fasli. By using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What Fasli is

Fasli is a study planner for university students: timetable, tasks, marks, GPA tools and graduation planning. Fasli is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any university.

2. Advice only: your university decides

Graduation plans, routes, registration suggestions, GPA results, deadlines and every other answer in Fasli are estimates made from the information you entered or imported and from study plans we copied from public sources. They can be wrong or out of date. Your university's rules, your official record and your academic adviser always come first. Check anything important with your university before you act on it, especially before you register, drop a course or plan your graduation.

Do not misuse Fasli: no attempts to break into our server or other students' data, no automated or scripted use of the server, no sharing false TMA dates on purpose, and no copying the app to sell it. We may limit or close access for anyone who does.

5. What you share, and Faisal

Shared TMA dates. If you turn on sharing, the due dates you enter for a course are added, without your name, to the dates other students of the same course see. Share only dates you believe are right. Shared dates are a hint from other students, not an official date: check your course page before you rely on them. We may remove dates that look false.

Faisal. "Ask Faisal why" gives a short explanation written by an AI model (run by OpenAI) from one result in the app. Faisal can be wrong, does not know your university's rules beyond what the app already worked out, and is not your academic adviser. Faisal never writes TMA or exam answers. Do not rely on Faisal for decisions about registration, withdrawal or graduation without checking with your university.

We keep improving Fasli and may change, add or remove features. Some features may not be available in every country or branch. The app may sometimes be unavailable, for example when our server is being updated.

8. No guarantee

Fasli is provided "as is". We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Fasli is not responsible for decisions you make based on the app, such as registration, withdrawal or graduation timing, or for any loss that follows from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Fasli after that, the new terms apply.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without taking away protections the law of your own country gives you.

شروط استخدام فصلي

تنطبق هذه الشروط على تطبيق "فصلي الجامعي" ("فصلي" أو "التطبيق") المنشور باسم Fasli. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق عليها. وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك.

1. ما هو فصلي

فصلي منظّم دراسي لطلبة الجامعات: الجدول والمهام والدرجات وأدوات المعدل وتخطيط التخرج. فصلي مستقل، وغير تابع لأي جامعة، ولا تعتمده أو تديره أي منها.

2. للإرشاد فقط: القرار لجامعتك

خطط التخرج والمسارات واقتراحات التسجيل ونتائج المعدل والمواعيد وكل إجابة في فصلي هي تقديرات مبنية على ما أدخلته أو استوردته، وعلى خطط دراسية نقلناها من مصادر عامة. قد تكون خاطئة أو قديمة. أنظمة جامعتك وسجلك الرسمي ومرشدك الأكاديمي هي المرجع دائمًا. تحقق من أي أمر مهم مع جامعتك قبل أن تتصرف بناءً عليه، خصوصًا قبل التسجيل أو سحب مقرر أو تخطيط تخرجك.

4. الاستخدام العادل

لا تُسئ استخدام فصلي: لا محاولات لاختراق خادمنا أو بيانات الطلاب الآخرين، ولا استخدام آلي أو برمجي للخادم، ولا مشاركة مواعيد TMA خاطئة عمدًا، ولا نسخ التطبيق لبيعه. وقد نقيّد أو نوقف وصول من يفعل ذلك.

5. ما تشاركه، وفيصل

مواعيد الـ TMA المشتركة. إذا فعّلت المشاركة، تُضاف مواعيد التسليم التي تُدخلها لمقرر ما، دون اسمك، إلى المواعيد التي يراها طلبة المقرر نفسه. شارك فقط المواعيد التي تعتقد أنها صحيحة. المواعيد المشتركة تلميح من طلبة آخرين وليست موعدًا رسميًا: تحقق من صفحة المقرر قبل أن تعتمد عليها. وقد نحذف المواعيد التي تبدو خاطئة.

فيصل. زر "اسأل فيصل لماذا" يعطيك شرحًا قصيرًا يكتبه نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي (تشغّله OpenAI) عن نتيجة واحدة في التطبيق. قد يخطئ فيصل، ولا يعرف من أنظمة جامعتك إلا ما حسبه التطبيق، وليس مرشدك الأكاديمي. ولا يكتب فيصل حلول الـ TMA أو الاختبارات. لا تعتمد على فيصل في قرارات التسجيل أو الانسحاب أو التخرج دون التحقق مع جامعتك.

6. فصلي بلس

قد تصبح بعض الميزات لاحقًا جزءًا من فصلي بلس، وهو خيار مدفوع. وعند توفره:

7. التغييرات والتوفر

نواصل تطوير فصلي، وقد نغيّر الميزات أو نضيفها أو نزيلها. وقد لا تتوفر بعض الميزات في كل بلد أو فرع. وقد يتعذر الوصول إلى التطبيق أحيانًا، مثلًا أثناء تحديث خادمنا.

8. دون ضمان

يُقدَّم فصلي "كما هو". نبذل جهدنا ليكون دقيقًا وموثوقًا، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان خلوّه من الأخطاء. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا يتحمل فصلي مسؤولية القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على التطبيق، مثل التسجيل أو الانسحاب أو توقيت التخرج، ولا أي خسارة تنتج عنها. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك التي يكفلها قانون حماية المستهلك ولا يجوز تقييدها.

9. تعديل هذه الشروط

إذا عدّلنا هذه الشروط، سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلاها، وسنبلغك داخل التطبيق بالتعديلات المهمة. واستمرارك في استخدام فصلي بعد ذلك يعني تطبيق الشروط الجديدة.

10. القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، دون المساس بالحماية التي يمنحها لك قانون بلدك.
